microphone breaks audio

Whenever i connect my bluetooth headset it works perfectly fine with audio but the moment anything trys to use the microphone it breaks all my audio and youtube completely stops working. Ive tried updating drivers and windows troubleshooter but to no success . Please does anybody know how to fix this, im on windows 11?
