Microfreezes in many games (especially Valorant, Cyberpunk 2077) and sometimes while using GUI windows 11

I no longer understand what the problem may be with these microfreezes, they can be visible even in the explorer...What I've done so far:1. I checked RAM with 3 programs (TestMem5, Memtest86+, Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool) and them didn't find nothing2. Checked in SSD health assessment software (kingston kc3000 2tb) and showed 98%3. I checked the graphics card in furmark (Palit Gaming Pro rtx 3070 ti), well, I did not see any artifacts, the temperatures were quite default for this card (70-85 degrees celcius)4.
