MFPlat.Dll is missing

[Windows Server]

i tried to play a game (call of duty black ops 6) and it doesnt boot it and gives a error saying "The code execution cannot proceed because MFPlat.DLL was not found Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." ive tried every thing from downlowding media Feature Pack for N versions of Windows 10 and stuff so please help
