Messed around with /bcdedit and seems to have ruined my pc, really need help just got a new pc and broke it 30 days in

i have been crashing in my games every 15 - 30 minutes whilst blue screening every hour, i cannot even download a game without my pc just dying. the most common blue screen error message being "MEMORY MANAGEMENT".
