Message keeps popping up several times a day

[Windows 10]

"This app can't open There's a problem with Microsoft Windows App Runtime DynamicDependency LifetimeManager."That message pops up, interrupting anything I'm doing, several times a day. It started in November after an update. I have seen many others complain about this issue since any November update. I'm on Windows 10.
