Merge Outlook group tasks into To Do Bar

(working with Outlook 2010)

My team works with a group mailbox, holding group tasks. Besides that, we all have our personal tasks. Is there a way to merge/combine the group tasks with my personal tasks, e.g. in my To Do Bar, or in any other view?
