Mercer CA14D01 -LTE Laptop switching off

Hi,I use a Mecer CA14D01-LTE Laptop,it switches off without notice (battery 93%),I try to switch it back on it stays off until I plug it into the charger, only then does it switch on but now the battery is charging at 1% .What should I do ??
