Men pls someone tell me how to stop win update overwriting drivers ?

I tried every method on here on every forum and nothing works ,windows manage still to download 8mb of display driver which makes gaming slow as hell ,pls tell me real solution ,can actual coder tell me which DDL need to edit or block firewall connection to it?
