MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD occurring frequently, not sure if software or hardware issue

I recently bought a new PC and since I started using it I've been getting many different BSODs with different error messages and have been troubleshooting them and fixing accordingly, but recently I've been getting MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSODs. I started running Driver Verifier per instructions I found on this website but it hasn't crashed yet, just been running with a lot of lag. I copied my Minidump file to my OneDrive Minidump this is the link. Not sure if someone could take a look and hopefully tell me what's wrong? When I look at BlueScreenV
