Memory Integirty Incompatible Driver conflicting Logitech

Hello, I was trying to play valorant and I needed to turn on memory integrity to play for some reason. But anyways, when I try to turn it on it says I have an incompatible driver and the driver is from my Logitech C270 Webcam. The driver is called lvbflt64.sys. I have tried deleting all my Logitech drivers, restarting my PC, removing and uninstalling my entire camera and re-downlaoding it and uninstalling it. I tired a various amount of programs to find hidden uninstalled drivers and even command prompt with administrator privileges and used commands to delete and clean drivers. It is getting
