Memory Dump Problem For 5 Days Now. Do I get a refund of the pc or..?

I tried to play a client app for a game on roblox and it gave me a memory dump error. I've tried everything on the internet such as AppData wiping, command prompt tactics and all it did was get me to the same place I've been struggling to fight out for. This is unbearable enough for me to give up on this PC and plan on buying a new one or actually get somewhere with a solution because I'm getting sick of this. I'd even legit reset the PC but nooope, it apparently needs to be recovered too. WHAT DO I DO? I cant upload screenshots apparently too! I love this PC.
