Hi,
We have Office 365 and a few shared mailboxes (provisioned by Full Access and automapping). In on-premise Exchange/Outlook you can change the From box of a meeting request to change who it comes from. However this function is missing in Outlook on Office 365 - the From box is just not clickable/changeable at all. It is fine for normal emails.
Is this a bug? Is there a workaround that doesn't involve me training users on how to do this using OWA.
Thanks
PS: Ideally not everyone would have this shared mailbox shown in Outlook (it is really for sending only); I assume those users just need Send on behalf of access and not Full Access, and would still be able to send meeting requests from it.
