Mediatek Wifi 6 MT7921 Code 45 error and constant crush

I have a problem with my WiFi card, Mediatek MT7921. It constantnly disconnects my WiFi and the wifi card disappears in the device manager. The code in the device manager is 45, that the device isn't connected to the computer. Last time, I got the same problem like half a year from now on, reinstalling system and wiping all data helped, but now suddenly problem reappeared, firstly at 6th January, but I found a hint that there might be created microsoft wifi direct virtual adapter#2 created - and to remove it - and it worked... but for few days.
