MediaTek Wi-Fi 6 MT7921 wireless LAN card not working

I'm not sure if there's a hardware issue or something else going on. I tried running the troubleshooting program, but my problem still isn't resolved. I have to restart my laptop repeatedly to connect to Wi-Fi, and sometimes that doesn't even work.
