Media Streaming Option Missing (Windows 11)

I cannot enable media streaming (DLNA) in Windows 11 because the option to do so has vanished from the Network and Sharing Center. I used to enable streaming from inside the old Windows Media Player, but I recently uninstalled that as I expected to use the new Media Player, and I suspect that the problem occurred when I did the uninstal. I have checked that the Media Features check box is ticked in Turn Windows Features on or off, and I have even tried first clearing the check box then ticking it again.Nothing I do seems to bring back the option to turn streaming stream on or off so I'd be v
