Media player

[Windows 10]

Please HelpI have window 10 Media player. I had some old movies restored, down loaded from the site "I memories" They play well but then when i return to Media player I get an error message that Media player cannot access my storage. I actually have to go to my downloads in file explorer and run the from there.The exact same thing is also happening on my Window 11 computer media player. In addition to that yesterday I got a message obn both computers that Media player was up dated and MOST all of my videos were deleted from both Media players One error message reads
