Mechanical Keyboard Spamming Numbers And Symbols (+disabled keys)

I bought this mechanical keyboard a few weeks ago and i was on vacation when it arrived. It was on good condition when i opened it, it also works perfectly. Earlier when i was about to use it i pressed a specific key and it just spammed numbers and symbols. Also, some keys are disabled and i cannot use it. Fyi, i often don't use it.
