MCE 2002 ehshell.exe-Application Error

I have been on several message boards asking this same question to no avail.
When I go to click open my Media Center a message box appears with a big red
'X' and says, "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).
Click on O.K. to terminate the problem".
What is causing this to happen? Please help me!
