Mbr2gpt validate/convert failing

[Windows 10]

I have tried following every youtube tutorial under the sun. Im trying to upgrade from windows 10 to 11. PcHealthCheck says turn on secure boot, it is already on. I found out its because my partion for my ssd is mbr and not gpt. I verified i have system 32 to be able to to do the conversion. I run command prompts as administrator but it fails to validate disk:0. Its the only disk i have so i know its the right one. Ive tried creating unnallocated disk space with 5 gb and yet it says the same thing thats its failing to validate disk:0. Ive ran my self ragged and im up to my chin in confusion pl
