May been hacked

what can I do? I got a pop up alert saying from microsoft with a number to call. I called the number 1 (888) 407-5092 I was told to click the cntrl alt delete button then task manager then windows and d then window and r. A run box popped up they told me to put in ultraviewernet(or some in that nature) I hung up. They called back from +1 (251) 471-7680 and kept asking what’s on my screen. what should I do, I think it my info has been leaked
