Master Volume Control not working

Greetings everyone. I just upgraded to the new windows 11 recently on my HP laptop.As most laptops, we have multimedia keys as part of the keyboard. This controls the system volume. please correct me if I'm wrong, but on my last version of windows when the master volume is at 50%, the sound of my laptop will give me 50% of ALL THE APPS (youtube, vlc, spotify) if the app is set at 100%. It will give me 25% if the app is at 50% and so on.Currently, my problem is that my System Volume can just control MUTE and 100%. Nothing in between.My multimedia keys are working as I can see the system volume
