Massive performance issues after update

Okay so,I am having massive performance issues and can barely even load game start screens, if at all. I have a fairly new PC withAMD Ryzen 5 7600 CPUandAMD Radeon RX 6600 GPUI have played countless hours of Baldurs Gate 3, and it has run fine. Three days ago, I turned on my PC for the first time in 2-3 months and started playing God of War (2018). It ran great all night. Every hour, though, I received a notification to update Windows or delay it an hour. After I was done playing, I updated and shut down. The next day, I couldn't even load in the game.
