Massive issues after update

After troubleshooting this myself with the help of ChatGPT, the same issues exist. So I ventured to call Microsoft and was on hold for 3 hours and then disconnected. My issues: OneDrive is not syncing and many files within OneDrive have a red X next to them. My desktop looks like it did when I first got the computer and no matter how I populate it, when I restart it again it goes back to the same. Most of the APPS on the desktop are not working. There are other issues and those which I have not discovered yet. When hovering over the OneDrive it shows 0kb/sec and only 3.6gb out of 420gb downloa
