Malware on my windows 10 Pc.

I think my PC has some kind of malware or browser hijacker, and I need help removing it. The symptoms include:"Managed by your organization" appearing in Chrome, even though I don’t have an organization. I can temporarily remove it by going to:Registry Editor → Google → Chrome → ExtensionInstallForcelist (Similar steps work for Microsoft Edge).
