Main GPU not being used while Intergrated graphics is used.

I have a laptop and recently I noticed that my GPU RTX 2050 is now my GPU 0 and my integrated graphics are GPU 1. When I check my task manager it shows the RTX 2050 being at 0 % usage while the integrated graphics are only used and can go up to 100 %. This definitely hasn't always been the case since I've been in task manager and seen the RTX 2050 being utilized. I've tried Drivers and that hasn't fixed anything.
