Main Account Unlocks with Local Account Password – Security Concern

I have two accounts on my Windows PC. The primary one, let’s call it "X," is linked to my Microsoft Account and requires a PIN to log in. The second one, a local account I’ll call "Y," isn’t connected to anything and is used for miscellaneous purposes, requiring a password to log in.Recently, I noticed something odd.
