Dearest,
mails sent from googlemail with photos as attachments are in the mailbox Outlook2016 (frontend) with connection to exchange (backend) much bigger than the sum of the attachments.
Example: An e-mail with four pictures (4 MB, 4 MB, 4 MB, 5 MB) and no text in the body shows up with a size of 61 MB in the e-mail folder in Outlook2016. Copying the e-mail, deleting the pictures and saving again leaves an e-mail with 45 MB what is about 61 MB minus the size of the attachments. Opening the empty e-mail in the editor show a lot of letters of no order between the header of the e-mail and the footer.
My questions: Did anyone has this effect also ? How does Outlook2016 save those e-mails ? Where does this unseen content come from ?
