Mail App - Shared Inbox

We have recently switched a majority of our team members to Microsoft 365 Basic so they can only access Outlook web app from now on. However, we have an app developed in-house using Access Runtime that everyone also relies on heavily. This app has a feature where if the user clicks "Email" it will trigger Outlook desktop app and populate a new email with the recipient's email address and also an email template. All the user needs to do then is to alter any necessary details and click send under an email address that is shared between everyone (let's call this email address *** Email address is removed for privacy ***).
