Hello,
Magic Mouse can be paired, cursor moves, scroll, left and right clicks work, but after movement stops it won't work again. It shows paired and connected, but it won't work.
I tried:
1) disabling "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in the mouse options and bluetooth and network adapter as well
2) removing and adding again the mouse several times
3) removing in macOS (catalina) and adding it again in Windows
4) adding in macOS (catalina) and adding it again in Windows
5) reinstalling drivers from bootcamp
and many other things like enabling and disabling airplane mode, bluetooth, etc.
checked error logs and found that it says "device is unresponsive or out of range".
Several Microsoft questions have similar problems with this configuration and other hardware using bluetooth mice from other brands.
