I made a mistake and ordered 2 subscriptions for trail on the same day and did not realize I did it. I canceled one order 2 days after I asked for a 7 day trail. Today I get billed for the second one and do not want it. Canceling the order does not give me am option for refund. I have tried to get a live person to talk to about this but that seems impossible. How do I go about getting a live person or there a remedy on line. Spent an hour or so trying to resolve this hope you can help.
