Machines Getting Random BitLocker

HelloWe merged companies and recently migrated from one Microsoft Tenant to another (back in November). We know have a number of Dell Machines in this new environment that randomly Bitlocker. In the old environment, we only got the Bitlocker Recovery Key appear on end user machines if they have put the Microsoft 365 Password or Windows PIN in incorrect 3 times.Now since this migration we have end users just boot there machine up in the morning and it will randomly BitLocker.
