Machine Check Exception OR Clock Watchdog Timeout NO Dump File

Hello everyone, I am getting persistent BSODs - either Machine Check Exception OR Clock Watchdog Timeout. Sometimes every 5 minutes, sometimes once in an hour. BUT it only happens in Windows 11, never in-game (I can even bypass this running a game in the background and then working). I tried reinstalling and clean installing WIN, updated all drivers several times. Since the BSOD process is stuck at 0%, I never get a dump file (my settings are correct - write an event, no autorestart, 256kb). My laptop is Lenovo-ThinkBook-15p-G2-ITH-21B1. If anyone can help I will be eternally grateful.

I've just had a BSOD when waking my machine from sleep mode. The STOP code displayed is WIN32K POWER WATCHDOG TIMEOUT.
