Lpatop shuts down in sleep mode

I have the same issue that I've seen reports for this from 2019 on Windows 10, but while in sleep mode my laptop will shutdown completely, causing me to lose unsaved work and have to reopen everything. Hibernation is not even an option for me to change by default, nothing in my power settings says to shut down, I reset the power plan settings to default, I updated my graphic drivers, no solution out of the multiple posts have solved this, and as you can see in the event viewer, this happens daily, and seems to be less than 30 minutes after being in sleep mode.
