I have attempted a number of suggested pathways and can not seem to find a way to fix my issue.I had a failed windows 10 update (my chip set is incompatible with windows 11 thus never upgraded) that attempted a second time after failing over ten days ago (unbeknownst to me). When it failed a second time it factory reset my computer. I had a system restore point from just before the second failed update attempt so I attempted a recovery through said restore point, but unfortunately it also failed.
