Lost product key receipt

I brought a laptop for my daughter and purchased 360 family from the store, it took my daughter two weeks before she decided to start up. But she has now lost the receipt that has the product key. The store can't reprint and told us to call Microsoft. I can't get through the AI to talk to anyone.
