Lost old option to 'Copy To' or to 'Move To'

Recently changed PC. I often upload large numbers of images (3-5K) which need to be sorted into about 50-100 separate folders (in an external memory)I used to be able to select groups of images, then click on 'Copy To..' and select the name of the folder where I would like to copy those images to. As I did this the side panel o left of the file explorer would assemble a list of the files to which I was copying most frequently.
