lost my laptop, find location and result like this

I lost my laptop on february 10th. The last time i used it was february 8th with the location as in photo 2. Today i checked on Sign in to your account, the result is like this. So is my laptop still unused by someone and connected to wifi or someone turned off location or someone logged out of my microsoft account or something else? Thanks for the replies.
