I’m experiencing a problem with windows 10 and 11 with Toshiba laptops. In 2016 there was a post about this problem and no resolution came of it. The post is now locked. With a clean install of windows 10 or 11 the cursor does not display. You can get the cursor to display by hitting control alt delete and then after it finishes loading the garbage it brings up from control out delete the cursor works. Once you restart the computer the problem is back again every time. For some reason the cursor is not operational until you hit control alt delete. Microsoft please create a bug fix. This has be
