Lost connection to internal camera and bluetooth since WIndows 11 upgrade?

I have noted that I have no BLUETOOTH or internal camera access since the Windows update - 2025-01 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 23H2 for x64 (KB5049624). It appears that both cannot no longer be found on the actual laptop (Dell XPS 9370) through device manager. I have checked the BIOS and disabled and re enabled both on the laptop. Since then I have done the latest updates that include KB5050021 and KB5051989, and then full update to 24H2 and update KB5050577 but still nothing.I have seen various threads on the subject but no clear resolution av
