Lost connection to internal camera and bluetooth since WIndows 11 upgrade?

Since a recent upgrade of Windows 112025-01 (Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050021)) the bluetooth function and camera are nolonger working. They do not appear in device manager although on the Dell BIOS I can see them being available (I have deactivated and activated as per some previous community threads). I have now added the recent for Windows 11 24H2 and all related patches but still nothing is working.I am operating a Dell XPS 13 9370Help would be appreciated
