lost bitlocker partition recovery

please help with a clear and concrete answer. I'm having problems in Data D: where the problem occurs bitlocker, and the biggest problem is that I don't have a bitlocker key, because I don't remember, forget, and lost in the file, microsoft account. I'm asking for some guidance from you guys, because I've been trying to use comd, third party/tools, and finally I'm stuck. please give me direction, thank you.
