Lost all programs

Hi,I logged into my computer this morning, it was strange straight-away with it asking for my password (I usually use my pin) and even if I change the option to use the pin it wouldn't take it. Anyway I logged in using my password and I noticed that all programs in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86) were lost! I went to EventVwr and it shows it's corrupt. I went to System Restore and it shows that there's no restore point! I went to Windows Update which shows Win11 v23H2 was pending so I installed that and restarted. But still the same issue.I didn't have edge or anything like that. I
