Loss of connection - Ethernet Controller

Hi, I've had my new Windows 11 PC now for about 2 months and every few days when I turn it on it loses it access to the Internet due to it claiming 'The Intel(R) Ethernet Controller (3)1225-V adapter is experiencing driver - or hardware-related problems.' If I wait a few hrs (3-4) & come back to it and turn on, my problem has gone. This is very frustrating. Does anyone have any ideas as to the cause and a fix? Thank you in advance
