Loss of admin rights still being the only admin with no app or feature working.

The very first issue came with the Pin where my pin was totally correct but it always issued that "the credentials couldnot be verified". Secondly the windows security app was completely gone from pc as virus and threat protection was off.I tried every way to regain administator rights but still it didnot verify me as administrator.It is keeping me from resetting the pc as well. I tried to run every commad but none worked.Its not even running the sfc scan, not even running the repair options. I am stuck and nothing works on pc as of now.
