Loss of access

[Windows 11]

Hello. I was using my laptop today and I had to restart. I logged back in and it was completely different. My background, apps, taskbar ect were all different from what I had previously. I looked online for information and saw a forums with one of your colleagues saying it was a temp account. I did what he said trying to create a new account and add the info from my old profile in the file explorer, but I am unable to create a new one. I need help as I need to work. Thank you in advance.
