Losing Gigabytes everytime when i start up

Hello. I am using a Asus X515JA computer that is 3 months old. i lost data for 2 DAYS (11th of september to 12th of september) i lost 8 GB from my Intel NVMe, does anyone know why? And i tried every single way to free up space from my computer. I didn't use MRT.exe because i have some apps that looks malicious in my D: drive, but the -8GB is at the C: drive. I have almost 4GB worth of apps but my total was 130GB then it went down to 127 and 122. How could this happen?
