Hey, I recently downloaded WinRAR as a way to extract certain files I downloaded. And it worked fine, however the problems started when I went to delete it and the uninstaller for WinRAR didn't work. I decided I could use the windows app uninstaller to remove it, however it sent me to the same WinRAR uninstaller exe and didn't work again. Finally I decided to just delete it from my files and it mostly worked however some files were blocked from a driver or something so I deleted them quickly as I booted up my pc, so something presumably didn't have time to load up to stop me.
