Looking for a password management app to replace Norton Password Mgr

Hello:- Windows 10 PC user that will update to 11 PC this summer or fall- MS 365 Subscriber and MS Office user (for home)- Norton Utility user for many years but will be cancelling subscription when I upgrade to Win 11 PC and use Defender- I rely on and use Norton PW Mgr daily on my PC and on my iPhone. I will need a PW Mgr to replace NortonQuestion:Suggestions on good PW Mgr apps to use on Windows PC that will sync up with and work on iPhone (IOS)?
