long time to login after update KB5046732

Hello,I have recently update my windows OS 11 system update KB5046732. However, when I have updated the OS the password login on my pc takes around 5-9 seconds. Before the update the login would appear right away no wait time. I have rolled back my pc before the update and login very fast where if I update to KB5046732 it takes a while for the login screen to appear. Is there a way that I can install the update without it negative effecting my login?
