Logitech french canadian K120 USB keyboard: cannot display characters like " à " (Windows 10)

Hello,I have a USB keyboard french canadian K120 (from logitech) and when I want to get characters like << à >> (a-acute) then it doesn't work anymore whereas it was ok until a couple of weeks. To display << à >> I'm supposed to hit the key in red (see picture) followed by letter a. This would work fine until lately.When I hit the key in red (see picture) then it display two `` which is not normal because it should show only one `This has nothing to do with Logitech because it is a USB keyboard (doesn't even exist in logitech options software) and the drivers is install
